It is humbling to know that the love God gives us is way greater than the love we actually deserve.
There are times when the moment gets rough we tend to miss this fact. We are easily blinded by the problem that we forget we have a Problem-Solver.
We lose trust in God when all these bad circumstances give us the opportunity to increase our faith because we are taking the matters into our own hands instead of submitting it to Him.
When Jesus said “Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28), He means it literally.
But do we always see ourselves coming to Jesus every time? Perhaps, no. We do our ways first and when nothing else works, that’s the only time we remember Him.
What we need to realize is that we have to rely on Him first and in Him alone, because He is that gracious and merciful. Though we fall short of trust for Him, He still keeps His arms wide open, ready to embrace us if we only run back to Him.
This world will catapult us to difficult situations that will test us or hurt us, but what matters is to believe that when push comes to shove, God will deliver us and give us miracles like a bolt from the blue.
Life can really be tough; but what is ‘tough’ when we trust God?
